W. Justin Moore
Dr. Justin Moore is a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Visiting Instructor at Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2018 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Virginia. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Moore’s primary interest areas include antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics and drug dosing in special populations, pharmacy leadership, and academia. He currently serves as chair of the ACCP Resident Advisory Committee and a member of ASHP’s New Practitioner Network Membership Outreach Advisory Group. His recent areas of research include using risk stratification tools to predict drug-resistant pathogens in community-acquired pneumonia as well as determining appropriate use of fluoroquinolones in primary care outpatient settings.
